When will my order ship?
Each order is prepared with care and intention. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
How long does shipping take?
- U.S. orders: 5-7 business days after shipping
- International orders: Times vary day location and customs
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are FINAL. Each piece is made in limited quantities and decorated by hand. Please order with care.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@orvelours.store.
How should I care for my garment?
To preserve embroidery and fabric quality:
- Turn inside out before washing
- Wash cold, gentle cycle
- Lay flat or hang to dry
- Do not bleach
- Iron inside-out on low if needed

These are our premium heavyweight tees made from 100% ringspun combed cotton. They have a more structured, oversized streetwear fit.

Will you restock sold out items?
Some pieces may return, others are one-of-a-kind. Follow us on Instagram or TikTok @orvelours for restock alerts and early access to new drops.
What makes Or Velours different?
Every piece is crafted in small batches with custom embroidery, archival artwork, and storytelling. We create wearable myth — not mass fashion.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes - we offer limited custom embroidery and prints on selected garments.
If you have a vision in mind, email us at info@orvelours.store with your idea, timeline, and any reference images. We'll let you know if it's a for our studio's capacity. Price may vary on design complexity and garment type. Turnaround time is typically 3 weeks from final design approval.
